Shipping & Delivery
Shipping time may vary based on location. All orders are shipped with estimated delivery of 7-10 business days. If we are unable to meet our normal shipping and delivery time, we will contact you via phone and e-mail. All orders will be shipped via the customer selected method. Please review all incoming boxes and or pallets for damage. If your product is damaged in shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a freight claim with the appropriate freight company. Sundance Southwest is not responsible for damage to the product in shipping. If you have any questions or to track your shipping status you can call 1-877-220-6055. You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail once your order is shipped.

Returns & Replacements
Sundance Southwest shall accept returns of product within 30 days as long as the item is in like new condition.The order can be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer will be responsiblefor return shipping charges.  All return orders must be accompanied by a Return Order Authorization issued by Sundance Southwest Customer Service.  Please call 1-877-220-6055 for additional return and replacement information.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Product payments are due in full at the time of order placement.  Any questions in regards to related payment options can be directed to Sundance Southwest Customer Service at 1-877-220-6055.  Sundance Southwest is not responsible for any fees charged by your card issuing institution.  All prices are subject to change without notice, Promotional items are based on availability only and backorders will not be accepted on promotional items.
Viewing Orders
In order to view the status of your order and keep a history of your prior  transactions on oasisfire.com, customers must elect to create an account when finalizing their product order on oasisfire.com.  Existing customers must login to their account to allow the order to be saved to their account history.
